Accuracy and authority

By submitting, the applicant confirms that the information is accurate, that evidence is authentic, and that they have authority and necessary permissions to submit personal data, photographs and documents.

Eligibility and evaluation

HHTDN may verify information, request clarification, move an entry to a more appropriate category, mark an incomplete entry, or disqualify misleading or ineligible submissions. Evaluation decisions are made according to the published category criteria and are final unless HHTDN announces a formal review process.

Evidence and publicity

Supporting material remains the property of its owner. The applicant grants HHTDN permission to use non-confidential nomination summaries, names, logos and approved photographs for awards evaluation and publicity if shortlisted or selected. Private identity, tax, registration and contact details will not be used as publicity material.

Conduct

Applicants must not attempt to influence reviewers, misrepresent achievements or submit malicious files. HHTDN may revoke recognition if material misrepresentation is later established.

Changes and cancellation

Dates, venue, categories and programme details may change. Official updates will be published on this website or sent to the submitted contact address.
